Purchasing Spa E-Vouchers
- Our vouchers are automatically e-shipped upon payment. If the recipient fails to receive the voucher due to any technical error, please inform us at [email protected], we will manually email the voucher to the recipient.
- Please check your Spam/Junk folder in case it gets filtered there.
- If you purchase online, it will be sent by email. We have physical vouchers also which can be purchased from any of our stores in Singapore.
Validity of Vouchers
- Our vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
- Under exceptional circumstances where the voucher could not be utilized during the stipulated validity period, please write to us at [email protected] for extension of validity period.
